Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £30.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Please allow a little extra time during sale periods and bank holidays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
How do I return an item?
Email us at team@nalu.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll send you full instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, in which case we'll cover it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. It can then take a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

How do I place an order?
Browse the site, add the items you'd like to your basket, and follow the checkout steps. You can pay securely using all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at team@nalu.co.uk if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't yet been packed, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it for you. Once dispatched, it will need to be returned under our standard returns process.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, drop us a quick email and we'll resend it. It's worth double-checking the email address you entered at checkout too.
Can I order a product that's out of stock?
On most product pages you'll find a "Notify Me" option — enter your email and we'll let you know the moment it's back in stock. For larger or trade enquiries, contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments on nalu.co.uk are processed through fully encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — we offer Shop Pay at checkout, which allows you to spread the cost of your order over several interest-free payments, subject to eligibility.

What kind of products does Nalu sell?
Nalu is a curated home for science-led recovery, movement, and wellness products. We stock trusted brands including Incrediwear, Sissel, and Bauerfeind Sports— covering everything from circulation-boosting recovery wear to Pilates accessories, massage tools, and sports supports. Our range is built around our Move / Restore / Thrive framework to support you at every stage of your wellness journey.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Every product page includes detailed information on what the product does, who it's best suited for, and how to use it. If you're still unsure, please get in touch — we're a small, knowledgeable team and we're happy to point you towards the right option for your needs.
Are Incrediwear products the same as compression garments?
No — and this is one of the most common questions we get. Incrediwear products don't compress at all. Instead, the fabric is embedded with semiconductor elements (Germanium and Carbon) that are activated by your body heat, releasing negative ions that increase blood flow naturally. This means you can wear them comfortably 24/7 — during activity, recovery, and even overnight.
Can I wear recovery products during exercise?
Yes — most of our recovery wear is designed to be worn during activityandat rest. Wearing during exercise helps support circulation and reduce fatigue; wearing afterwards supports faster recovery.
Do you offer trade or bulk orders for clinics, studios, or therapists?
Yes — we work with a number of Pilates studios, clinics, and practitioners across the UK. Please email team@nalu.co.uk with details of what you're looking for and we'll come back to you with our trade pricing.
