You are now only a few steps away from completing your order with us.

After Placing Your Order

Once we receive your order a member of our sales department will contact you via the e-mail address you provide during the ordering prcess to confirm the order and to ask what domain name you wish to use with your hosting package. For extra security we do not accept this information via our website. In order to complete your account set up you must respond to the e-mail sent by our sales team - no action will be taken to set up your account until we receive a reply with the information needed.

Once we have established that the domain you require is valid and available to register we will set up your account. It will take between 24 - 72 hours for the domain to become active.

Once your account is fully active we will send your "Welcome E-mail" with all your account details.
